We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized ERP Team Lead to drive the implementation, enhancement, and stability of our ERP systems—ensuring they align with our business goals and continue to evolve with changing needs.

🧠 Experience: 5+ Years (including 2+ in a leadership role)
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration
✔ Lead the transformation of enterprise systems

Lead the ERP team in delivering stable, secure, and efficient ERP system support.
Oversee full lifecycle management of ERP modules—upgrades, optimization, and integrations.
Gather and analyze business requirements, identify process gaps, and recommend tailored ERP solutions.
Ensure system compliance with IT security policies and audit requirements.
Mentor team members and empower end-users through training and guidance.
Act as a liaison between ERP and business stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
Collaborate with external vendors or third-party providers for system support when required.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of ERP experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
In-depth understanding of ERP systems from both functional and technical perspectives.
Demonstrated experience across the ERP implementation lifecycle—requirements gathering, configuration, testing, rollout, and support.
Strong leadership and team management skills with a collaborative mindset.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
Effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with SQL databases, reporting tools like Power BI or SSRS, and integration protocols (APIs, EDI).
A strategic leadership role in ERP transformation
