As Excelya continues to grow rapidly, we’ve implemented a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to streamline operations, improve data management, and support smarter decision-making.
With a stable version now live, we’re focused on company-wide adoption—and that’s where you come in! We’re looking for an ERP Support Specialist to join our team, support users, and help ensure the long-term success of this transformation.
Your Mission:
- Be a key player participating in the daily operations of the respective Applications Team
- Provide frontline support to end users and stakeholders
- Collaborate with our vendor/supplier and escalate technical matters appropriately
You will also:
- Keep FAQs up-to-date and user-friendly
- Proactively manage project risks and issues escalating when needed
- Communicate effectively during critical incidents or system downtime
- Ensure changes and new systems are properly tested and validated
Requirements

• Experience: Proven operational experience with ERP systems and understanding of systems focused in HR or invoicing
• Skills: Detail-driven, investigative, and methodical mindset, Collaborative spirit with problem-solving flair, Eagerness to pursue continuous improvement, Strong leadership and communication capabilities, A curious mind with knowledge of Neuro Linguistic Programming
• Education: Bachelor’s or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar
• Languages: Fluency in English and French language
