Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ERP Solutions Developer to join our Information Technology team. This role is vital in building, configuring, and optimizing enterprise software solutions that support our company's operational needs. 

The ideal candidate will develop a strong functional understanding of our ERP systems to implement, support, and expand their use across various departments. 

This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a culture that values quality, responsiveness, customer service, productivity, and high standards, all while working on impactful projects that drive business success. The ERP Solutions Developer will maintain open and effective communication with stakeholders to ensure project objectives, scope, and timelines are met, while proactively identifying and communicating issues and opportunities for improvement. 

This position reports to the Director of Information Technology. 

  Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with Director of Information Technology to establish challenging goals, plans and objectives that support the company’s vision.
  • Analyze business problems and assess how automated solutions can be implemented to solve them.
  • Work with the PMO office and various project managers to ensure project success.
  • Help the organization understand the capabilities of current IT resources and find ways to improve productivity and overall business performance.
  • Develop, test, debug, and document software and/or configurations, as appropriate.
  • Maintain compliance with all IT policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate and revise internal processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
  • Design and implement lean concepts and principles within the IT function and fully support lean initiatives throughout the company.
  • Support a positive work environment based on mutual respect, honesty, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain 24x7 availability to address critical business and/or IT issues.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements


Education & Experience:

  • BS in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience in the field, or currently pursuing related degree.
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality. 
  • Maintains a forward-thinking mindset, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and anticipating future business and technology needs. 
  • Demonstrates a high level of energy, initiative, and enthusiasm in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Adapts effectively to changing business requirements while maintaining consistent, reliable, and effective IT solutions and services.
  • Required experience with SQL, C#, SSRS, restful API’s, Cloud based ERP.
  • Preferred experience with Prophet 21 experience.

Physical Demands/Environment:

  • Regularly required to sit; use hands and arms to finger, handle, or reach; talk/communicate; ability to hear and see; ability to lift and/or move up to 5 lbs.
  • Occasionally required to stand in one place; walk; climb or balance; stoop, kneel or crouch; use color vision; ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. or greater.
  • Noise level ranges from quiet to normal.
