Overview
We are seeking two Data Analyst Conversion resources to support a large-scale, multi-plant ERP optimization initiative. This program is primarily SAP-focused with limited Oracle involvement and is fully onsite across manufacturing locations. These roles are critical to ensuring accurate, timely, and auditable data migration and conversion as part of ongoing ERP optimization and process standardization efforts.
Key Responsibilities
• Support end-to-end data conversion activities for SAP-centric ERP optimization efforts
• Analyze legacy data from SAP, Oracle, and ancillary manufacturing systems
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities
• Partner with functional and technical teams to define data mapping and transformation rules
• Execute mock conversions, trial loads, and cutover data activities
• Validate converted data against source systems and business expectations
• Document data conversion logic, rules, and results for audit and traceability
• Support issue resolution related to data defects, gaps, and inconsistencies
• Coordinate closely with plant stakeholders during onsite data validation efforts
• Assist with post-go-live data stabilization and defect remediation
Required Qualifications
• 5 plus years of experience in ERP data analysis and conversion
• Strong hands on experience with SAP data structures and tables
• Working knowledge of Oracle ERP data preferred but not primary
• Strong SQL skills and experience validating large data sets
• Experience with data migration tools, ETL processes, or custom conversion programs
• Strong understanding of manufacturing master and transactional data
• Ability to work fully onsite in Novi, Maumee, and plant environments
• Strong documentation and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience supporting SAP optimization or transformation programs
• Manufacturing or automotive industry experience
• Experience working across multiple plants or business units
• Familiarity with SAP ECC or S 4 HANA environments
