As an ERP Program Executive at Exponent Energy, you’ll be at the intersection of technology and business operations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our ERP system (built on Frappe/ERPNext) runs smoothly — from requirement documentation and testing to training and process rollout. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, data, and problem-solving, and wants to grow into ERP Product Management or Program Leadership.

What You’ll Do
- Support module roll-outs across departments such as Finance, Operations, and Business.
- Collect and document business requirements and help translate them into ERP workflows.
- Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and prepare SOPs/user guides.
- Manage data uploads, validations, and testing during new deployments.
- Partner with developers to log, track, and close system issues.
- Communicate release updates and maintain project documentation.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Experience or exposure to ERPNext/Frappe, SAP, Odoo, or similar systems.
- Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with structured data.
- Clear communication and stakeholder management ability.
