ERP Integration Project Leader – Demand & Supply Planning

We are seeking a highly driven ERP Integration Project Leader to oversee the transition of all demand and supply planning functions into our new Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment. This role will lead cross-functional collaboration between supply and demand planning teams and leverage the expertise of our business intelligence team for data integrity and system troubleshooting. You will be responsible for maintaining the project plan, tracking key deliverables, and providing regular updates to senior leadership. This is a 1 year contracted position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the full ERP transition process for all planning functions.
• Collaborate with the demand and supply planning teams to ensure smooth integration into Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Partner with the business intelligence team for data cleansing and system troubleshooting during the transition.
• Maintain and update the project plan, ensuring clear timelines and accountability.
• Lead regular project meetings, track progress, and communicate weekly updates to senior leadership.
• Ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope.

 
Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing ERP implementation or integration projects, particularly in demand and supply planning.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred, with a strong background in operational change management.
• Experience working with master data and resolving data-related issues.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, especially working with bills of materials (BOM).
• Cannabis industry experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to navigate complex manufacturing environments with multiple product specifications.
• Strong ability to hold teams accountable to timelines and deliverables.
• Deep understanding of supply chain planning processes, with the ability to align ERP functions with operational needs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate ideas into actionable plans and drive execution.
