ABOUT ONCAP:
ONCAP targets significant minority or control equity investments between $20 million and $250 million in North American businesses with EBITDA between $5million and $50 million and total enterprise values between $50 million and $500 million. Throughout its 25-year history, ONCAP funds have never impaired capital on any realized investments. THIS OPPORTUNITY:
We are seeking ERP project managers / delivery leads with strong hands-on experience to support ERP implementations, upgrades, and transformation initiatives within our Operating Companies. This role requires individuals who can lead projects end-to-end while also contributing directly to solution design, system configuration, and problem-solving.
Candidates should have deep expertise in at least one major ERP platform (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Infor, Epicor, Sage, etc.), along with a proven track record of leading ERP projects across multiple phases, including requirements gathering, design, build, testing, and deployment.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-focused. The candidate should be comfortable managing stakeholders, driving timelines, and making decisions, while also rolling up their sleeves to support configuration, data migration, integrations, and issue resolution as needed.
Strong communication skills are critical, as this role requires translating business needs into technical solutions and working closely with cross-functional teams.
This is a contractor role that may require travel up to 75% depending on project needs.
