Calsoft is seeking an experienced ERP in ConsultantProduction/SCM to join our growing ERP consulting team in Mexico. In this role, you will work directly with clients to implement, configure, optimize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management solutions, helping organizations streamline operations and achieve their business goals.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management implementations
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions
- Configure, test, and deploy ERP solutions
- Support data migration, user acceptance testing, and go-live activities
- Provide ongoing customer support and system optimization
- Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders
- Participate in solution demonstrations and presales activities
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of ERP consulting, implementation, or support experience
- Experience with Supply Chain Management and Production processes
- Experience in discrete and/or process manufacturing environments
- Strong problem-solving and customer-facing consulting skills
- Professional fluency in Spanish
- Business-level English proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management experience
- Understanding of Mexican business and regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of distribution, manufacturing, and import/export processes
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
- Knowledge of Advanced Warehouse Management
