Job Description:
We are looking for an Equity Research Analyst to join our dynamic Equity Research team based in Milan. This role offers a unique opportunity to delve into the world of equity markets and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct fundamental research on domestic stocks, including those listed or in the process of being listed.
- Develop and maintain financial models, analyzing financial statements, accounting reports, and industry dynamics. Monitor key economic developments, industry trends, and company-specific news to provide actionable insights.
- Prepare and contribute to research reports, including initiations of coverage, earnings analysis, and industry updates.
- Attend company meetings, industry conferences, marketing events, and occasional international travels. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and ECM execution, to support timely analysis.
Requirements:
We welcome applications from both fresh graduates and individuals with up to 4 years of experience in Equity Research, Investment Banking, or related fields.
Essential Skills:
- A quick learner with a strong work ethic, resilience, and a keen interest in financial markets.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel, Word and familiarity with building and maintaining financial models.
- Fluent in English with strong written and oral communication skills.
Desirable:
Previous experience in equity research, financial analysis or valuation modeling is a plus. CFA certification or progress towards it will be considered an advantage.
