Equity Research Analyst (Entry-Level) — Healthcare & Technology (Buy-Side)

Overview
We are hiring recent college graduates and recent medical school graduates for entry-level roles supporting buy-side equity research in healthcare and technology. You’ll work closely with senior investors and use AI, coding, and data analytics to produce research that directly informs investment decisions.
Responsibilities
- Research companies and subsectors across healthcare and technology (biopharma, medtech, diagnostics, software, semis, AI infrastructure).
- Use AI tools to accelerate research (summaries of filings/transcripts/medical or technical materials, extraction of key points, drafting first-pass memos).
- Analyze structured/unstructured datasets; build and maintain KPI trackers, dashboards, and simple models.
- Support diligence around catalysts (earnings, regulatory decisions, trial readouts, product launches, competitive developments).
Qualifications
Highly valued:
- Strong coding skills (Python/R/SQL preferred) and comfort building tools/workflows
- Machine learning / AI experience (including practical use of modern AI tools and verification habits)
- Medical degree (MD/DO) or strong ability to interpret clinical/scientific literature
- Data analytics proficiency (cleaning, modeling, visualization; Excel/Sheets expected)
Also important: excellent writing, sound judgment, and intellectual curiosity.
