Job Responsibilities:
Designs, installs, maintains, and optimizes equipment to ensure efficient production while adhering to safety standards. Troubleshoot issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Planning of equipment for the production process: define specifications for new and modified equipment.
  • Proven experience in equipment design, installation, maintenance, and optimization within a manufacturing environment.
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Develop preventive maintenance schedules and promptly diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure equipment complies with safety regulations and conduct regular safety inspections.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of equipment specifications and performance metrics, and prepare reports.
  • Collaboration and Training: Work with other departments to meet equipment needs and train staff on proper use and maintenance.
  • Maintain traceability of tooling

Who we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
  • Ability to analyze production processes and implement improvements.
  • Experience in training staff on equipment use and maintenance, and providing leadership in equipment-related projects.

Your preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in the automotive industry
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
