担当業務
装置性能の最適化とコスト競争力の向上:
前工程装置（Diffusion, Implant, Photo, Etch, CVD, PVD等）の物理的・電気的特性およびパラメータの最適化。品質・歩留り・生産性向上と製造コスト低減の両立。
次世代製品・プロセスの技術確立:
アナログ半導体やGaN等の次世代製品開発における、新プロセスの具現化に向けた装置仕様の検討、導入評価、および技術条件の確立
装置評価・検証プロセスの設計:
新規装置導入や既存装置の改善時における、評価計画の策定、実験、解析、および量産移行に向けた技術的検証
データドリブンの予知保全・異常検知:
SPCやデータ解析手法を用いた量産データの解析、装置挙動やプロセスへの影響評価。予知検知による安定した高歩留り生産のための技術的対策の主導
部門横断的な技術連携:
プロセス、製造、設計、品質、材料等の各部門と連携し、多角的な視点から量産安定化および新技術導入を推進"
DX・自動化によるスマートファクトリー化の推進:
AI・データアナリティクスによるセンサーデータのリアルタイム解析構築や、搬送ロボットシステムの実装など、スマートマニュファクチャリングの推進
【必須要件】半導体製造装置（前工程）の実務経験：
装置の管理、保守、またはトラブル対応等の経験
データに基づく問題解決の基礎知識：
統計的工程管理（SPC）や、データを活用した論理的な課題解決の基礎知識"
自律的なプロジェクト推進力：
課題の抽出から仮説立案、実験計画、解析、報告まで、自ら主体となって進められる能力

Skills Required
- Practical experience managing, maintaining, or troubleshooting front-end semiconductor manufacturing equipment
- Basic knowledge of statistical process control and data-based logical problem solving
- Ability to independently drive projects from issue identification and hypothesis development through experiment planning, analysis, and reporting
- Deep knowledge of one or more semiconductor processes or equipment areas, such as Diffusion, Implant, Photo, Etch, CVD, or PVD
- Practical experience improving mass-production equipment or launching new equipment, including introduction and evaluation
