- Critical to maintaining the stable operation of manufacturing support systems and ensuring continuity of critical equipment support activities.
- Continued support for capital projects, preventive maintenance programs, and reliability improvement initiatives.
- Utilize reliability engineering tools to maximize equipment reliability, such as 5-why, troubleshooting guide, root cause analysis (RCA), PM optimization, spare parts management, TEEP&OEE, MTBF, MTTR, FMEA, and failure trend analysis, and other reliability tools or techniques needed to drive reliability solutions.
- Drive predictive maintenance initiatives using equipment condition monitoring.
- Lead equipment modification, upgrade, and automation projects.
- Provide engineering support to production, quality, and EHS teams.
- Lead continuous improvement activities using Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and Reliability Engineering methodologies.
- Support equipment CAPEX planning and cost optimization.
- Sustained compliance with safety and regulatory requirements in daily work.
- Mentor and provide reliability leadership to maintenance technicians for preventive-predictive maintenance programs (lubrication, vibration, thermography, shock-pulse, motor current analysis, etc.)
- Flexible to change to support business needs, including leading critical projects and being a potential PSM/operational excellence element leader at site.
