Job Description:
- Perform preventive maintenance on optical manufacturing machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Preventive maintenance Implement follow scheduled maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, and component replacements.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, documenting completed tasks, identified issues, and corrective actions taken.
- Ensure precise calibration and alignment during maintenance to optimize machine efficiency.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software-related equipment issues.
- Collaborate with Equipment & Maintenance Engineers to drive technical problem resolution.
- Communicate equipment concerns effectively with engineers and production teams.
- Update maintenance checklists and reports to track equipment performance trends.
- Utilize the maintenance system to log work orders and monitor asset health.
- Improve equipment performance and reliability.
- Reduce equipment downtime.
- Onsite trouble shooting and repairing when equipment down.
- Installation, modification, upgrade manufacturing equipment.
- Adhere to Lumentum’s safety policies, environmental regulations, and equipment standards to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Associate Degree in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as equipment/process technician in semiconductor assembly or optical products.
- Experience must related with die attach, wire bonding, mechanical alignment and test. MRSI, Datacon, ASM Amicra, 4T die bonder, KNS, ASM wire bonder is preferred.
- Ability to read technical drawings, machines, and process operation manuals
- Ability to analyze equipment issues and implement effective solutions.
- Can accept day and night shift rotating working in cleaning room.
- Understanding of workplace safety regulations and standards.
- Understanding of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety and cleanroom procedures.
