Job Overview:
We are seeking emotionally perceptive and detail-oriented EQ Annotators to join our on-site team for an exciting gaming-focused AI initiative. In this role, you will help train AI systems to recognize emotional tone and intent in player dialogue and in-game interactions. Your contributions will enhance the emotional authenticity of characters, voice responses, and game narratives making gameplay more immersive and engaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze in-game dialogue, voice lines, etc.
- Identify emotional tones such as empathy, confidence, sarcasm, frustration, excitement, or calmness.
- Annotate and classify subtle emotional cues to help the AI interpret player intent and mood.
- Evaluate how tone and delivery affect the emotional impact of in-game communication.
- Collaborate with the project team to maintain consistency and high-quality annotations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong emotional intelligence and sensitivity to tone, mood, and context.
- Excellent English comprehension, writing, and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to distinguish subtle emotional variations.
- Background or interest in gaming, psychology, communication, linguistics, or creative writing preferred.
- Passionate about helping shape AI that enhances player immersion and emotional realism in games.
- Candidates must demonstrate a willingness to work on-site (Bacoor, Cavite).
