Our success is built on strong, long-term partnerships with our clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an Epicor Implementation Consultant – Financials to support our expanding customer base in North America.

As a consultant at TeccWeb, you will play a key role in delivering ERP solutions that optimize our clients’ business processes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing client business needs and objectives to recommend tailored solutions.

• Installing, configuring, and upgrading Epicor software.

• Training end-users and conducting hands-on workshops.

• Writing functional specifications for customizations and enhancements.

• Supporting clients through change management during ERP implementation.

• Managing and organizing tasks within a project work plan, both independently and collaboratively.

• Test and troubleshoot client systems, providing first-level support.

• Deliver training on Epicor ERP modules to end-users.

• Assist clients with data migration and system configuration.

• Develop functional specifications for enhancements, integrations, and reports.

• Plan project tasks, allocate resources, and track project progress.

• Provide project estimates and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

• Travel to client sites as needed, in addition to providing remote support.

• Act as a key resource in Epicor ERP system implementations.

• Establish priorities on-site and communicate effectively with project teams and clients.

• Maintain up-to-date Epicor certification.

• Accurately log time and expenses in the project management system.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.

• Experience as an Epicor ERP consultant or within an Epicor ERP environment.

• Prior experience with ERP software (Epicor 10 or Kinetic preferred).

• Epicor certification (preferred).

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
