- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or related technical field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience performing data analysis in a regulated or enterprise IT environment.
- Experience analyzing structured and semi-structured datasets.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Experience producing written analytical reports for technical and executive audiences.
- Familiarity with data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance concepts.
- Ability to work effectively in Agile or hybrid Agile environments.
- Analyze outputs from automated data audit and verification processes to identify trends, anomalies, and recurring discrepancies.
- Produce detailed analytical reports highlighting similarities, failure patterns, and data integrity issues across data sets.
- Identify potential root causes of discrepancies, including ingestion failures, transformation errors, or validation logic defects.
- Support correlation of audit results across multiple data sources such as email, files, photos, and SharePoint content.
- Develop data summaries and metrics to support executive dashboards and KPI reporting.
- Collaborate with system architects, application developers, and validation engineers to validate findings and recommend remediations.
- Assist in developing preventative measures to reduce future discrepancies and improve audit effectiveness.
- Support preparation of Audit Discrepancy and Deficiency Reports within required timelines.
- Maintain documentation of analytical methodologies, assumptions, and findings.
- Support quarterly unresolvable discrepancies reporting for Presidential Transition and NARA coordination.
- Provide analytical input to weekly status reports and executive briefings.
- Support surge analysis activities as directed by the Government.
