Basic qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Good communication skills in English language.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimum guidance.
  • Experience in manufacturing environments.
  • Good understanding of automotive product development process.
  • Experience creating reports for test results using standard industry tools.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing process for automotive components.
  • Experience in End of Line testing for EDM/EDU.
  • Experience in development, testing or manufacturing of drivetrain components.
  • Clear understanding on state-of-the-art electrified powertrain components.
  • Proficiency in working with Bauer data system is highly desired.
  • Experience with data management using PowerBI is nice to have.
