Job Summary
TYLin is looking for an environmental specialist to join our PMCM team!
Responsibilities & Qualifications
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitoring on a full-time basis the asbestos surveys to ensure the survey is performed in accordance with Project Requirements and Design criteria.

Reviewing asbestos abatement placard documents.

Oversee the asbestos abatement activities to ensure the asbestos abatement contractor and the project monitor peform the work in accordance with the scope.

Perform inspections during lead disturbance work to ensure that all work is performed in accordance with applicable Federal, State and MTA C&D regulations and procedures.

Performing asbestos surveys as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS

BS Degree in Environmental Sciences or related field preferred with 5+ years of experience.

Candidate should have the following certifications, NYSDOL Asbestos Supervisor, NYSDOL Asbestos Inspector.

Candidate should preferably have the following additional certifications, NYSDOL Asbestos Designer and SSPC C3/C5 Supervisor/Competent Person for De-leading of Industrial Structures.

Additional Information
TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $87,800 - $131,600 annually for this position and local market.
