Job Description: We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Environmental Scientist to join our team in the beautiful wetland areas of Woodland's,Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Water of US, Threat and Endangered Species and Habitat & Storm Water Pollution Prevention..
Key Responsibilities:
Act as an environmental support on assigned projects.
Develop broad knowledge and skills in a specific practice area.
Evaluate selecting and applying standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to perform a task or sequence of tasks for conventional projects with few complex features.
Knowledge and research on Endangered Species and Habitat..
Knowledge and research on Storm and Water Pollution Prevention.
This position is ideally onsite/hybrid. Preference for candidates that live in the area. Will consider Remote.
Qualifications:
5 Years Experience in Natural Resources
Accredited Bachelor's in Environmental Science, Natural Resources, Biology, Wildlife or related field required.
Familiarity with GIS preferred.
