Geo-Technology Associates, Inc. (GTA) is currently seeking a Staff level Environmental Scientist with up to three years of experience for our Abingdon, Maryland office. The Environmental Scientist may have experience performing Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, and experience with brownfields, but is not required.
Projects include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Phase I and II ESAs
- State Voluntary Cleanup Projects (Brownfield Redevelopment)
- Underground Storage Tanks (Assessment/Removal)
- Site Remediation (various remediation technologies)
Requirements:
- BS Degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or Environmental Engineering
- 1-3 years of Phase I / Phase II ESA and Brownfields-related experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Annual Salary: $45,000 – $65,000
