- MAFACT processes and principals (internal training)
- Candidates must be able to work using their own initiative, and be able to liaise with other functions and departments at all levels within the Company.
- Have excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
- Have an expert knowledge of Occupational, Health and Safety management systems with an emphasis on hazard identification and assessment of risks and opportunities.
- Holds either a NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent, Environmental qualification.
- Ideally qualified as ISO45001/ISO14001 Internal or Lead Auditor.
- Has basic knowledge of ISO14001 Environmental standard.
- Technical understanding of manufacturing or engineering systems.
- Good computer literacy skills e.g., Microsoft, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Email.
- Must be able to deliver a range of OH&S topics as part of annual training.
Ensure the implementation of the division’s Emergency Response Plan and monitor its effectiveness by undertaking drills on site at least twice a year.
