door-to-door sales, educating homeowners on product age, wear and tear, and energy-efficient
upgrades, plus how to turn leads into qualified appointments. As part of our commitment to
growth, within 90 days you can go from a Entry Level Sales Rep to one of our Sales and
Management positions—many of our leaders started right here! Driver's license required
What You’ll Do
- Represent HomeFix’s windows, roofing, siding, doors, gutters, and remodeling services to homeowners
- Work hours are Monday through Friday, 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm, with every other Saturday
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals for inspections
- No prior sales or home improvement experience required – training will be provided to set you up for success!!
Entry Level Sales Compensation
- Average salary for the role is $65,000 - $100,000
- Uncapped commissions: High earning potential based on appointments and performance
- Top performing reps make over $100,000 a year!

- Reliable transportation to office (we’ll transport you to the territory when canvassing)
- A charged smart phone for every shift
- The ability to work weekends
- The ability to work well in a team environment and independently
- The ability to stand for up to 8 - 10 hours
- The ability to walk for 4 - 8 hours
