We’re hiring Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associates to support nonprofit organizations, mission-driven campaigns, and socially responsible brands through live events and face-to-face community outreach.
No sales or marketing experience required. Paid training and mentorship provided.
What You’ll Do- Represent nonprofit partners and brands at live events and community campaigns
- Engage with the public through friendly, professional conversations
- Support customer and donor acquisition initiatives
- Educate community members about programs, causes, and campaigns
- Assist with marketing, outreach, and promotional activities
- Track campaign activity and customer interactions
- Participate in sales, marketing, and leadership training
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve campaign goals
- Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable speaking with people
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Full-time availability
Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, fundraising, marketing, or public relations is a plus but not required.

What We Do
Invictus MSI is a team-oriented Marketing and Advertising firm focused on empowering change and social justice campaigns to help local Bay Area communities. Our 501(C)3 nonprofit clients have long histories of bringing creative, evidence-based solutions to major societal problems that require our collective, immediate response. Recently, their focus is attacking the opioid and gun violence epidemic in schools, but they currently offer more than 20 programs to promote safer, happier communities for children to grow up in. Our team is responsible for both raising awareness to their potentially life-saving programs and providing the funds necessary to implement them. Now that our team has developed a reputation for representing our 501(C)3 clients with integrity and enthusiasm, our goal is to continue expanding our client’s reach.
