We're hiring motivated Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associates to join our mission-driven team. In this role, you'll support ethical brands and nonprofit organizations through face-to-face marketing, community engagement, and live promotional events.

What You'll DoAs a Sales & Marketing Associate, you'll help increase brand awareness, engage community members, and support outreach campaigns through in-person marketing initiatives and promotional events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent nonprofit organizations and socially responsible brands at live events and community outreach campaigns
- Conduct face-to-face marketing and customer engagement activities
- Build relationships with potential supporters, donors, and customers
- Assist with lead generation, donor acquisition, and public education efforts
- Collaborate with team members to execute marketing and sales strategies
- Track campaign performance and outreach results using CRM tools
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development programs
- Contribute to team goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences

- Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Invictus MSI is a team-oriented Marketing and Advertising firm focused on empowering change and social justice campaigns to help local Bay Area communities. Our 501(C)3 nonprofit clients have long histories of bringing creative, evidence-based solutions to major societal problems that require our collective, immediate response. Recently, their focus is attacking the opioid and gun violence epidemic in schools, but they currently offer more than 20 programs to promote safer, happier communities for children to grow up in. Our team is responsible for both raising awareness to their potentially life-saving programs and providing the funds necessary to implement them.
