Position OverviewAs an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associate, you’ll gain practical experience in sales strategies, brand promotions, and event marketing. This role is perfect for individuals who are motivated, outgoing, and ready to build a career—not just another job.
You’ll work alongside experienced team members who will provide step-by-step training as you grow into more advanced roles.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the setup and execution of promotional sales and marketing campaigns
Represent client brands with professionalism, enthusiasm, and accuracy
Engage with potential customers to explain products, services, and promotional offerings
Assist with event displays, signage, and marketing materials
Participate in outreach, product demonstrations, and brand activations
Track customer interactions and assist with sales reporting
Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign goals and performance metrics
Attend team meetings, development workshops, and training sessions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable engaging in face-to-face interactions
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn
Ability to adapt in fast-paced, hands-on environments
Reliable, driven, and team-oriented
Flexible availability, including some weekends
No experience required—full training provided

What We Do
Invictus MSI is a team-oriented Marketing and Advertising firm focused on empowering change and social justice campaigns to help local Bay Area communities. Our 501(C)3 nonprofit clients have long histories of bringing creative, evidence-based solutions to major societal problems that require our collective, immediate response. Recently, their focus is attacking the opioid and gun violence epidemic in schools, but they currently offer more than 20 programs to promote safer, happier communities for children to grow up in. Our team is responsible for both raising awareness to their potentially life-saving programs and providing the funds necessary to implement them.
