What You’ll DoAs an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associate, you’ll receive hands-on training while representing nonprofit campaigns and socially responsible brands in face-to-face settings.
Key Responsibilities- Represent nonprofit organizations and ethical brands at events, pop-ups, and community activations
- Engage with people through face-to-face marketing and customer outreach
- Help generate awareness, leads, and new supporters for client campaigns
- Communicate campaign information clearly and professionally
- Build positive relationships with customers, community members, and supporters
- Work with a team to meet daily and weekly campaign goals
- Use basic CRM and reporting tools to track outreach activity and results
- Attend paid training, team meetings, and professional development sessions
- Learn sales, marketing, communication, leadership, and customer engagement skills

We provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to help you learn the role. Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, fundraising, call centers, restaurants, events, or other people-facing positions can be helpful—but it is not required.
