The Entry Level Sales & Management Trainee position is customized to be close to your home area and offers a full-time schedule. Although this position is in person working directly with our customers and Sales team, we are sure it will be exciting and rewarding as we have cultivated a fun and energetic work environment.

What does the Entry Level Sales & Management Trainee do:

  • Engage with prospective consumers about services and promotions
  • Manage and Oversee new leads and development strategies, including working hands-on with the marketing and sales teams
  • Learn to build, recruit, and maintain all corporate team members
  • Set and meet quarterly goals and expectations set by our clients and accounts
  • Utilize management and sales tools to track all daily and weekly results
  • Represent our company in a compelling, positive, and professional way

 

**This is an Entry Level position and training is provided, so no prior experience as a Sales Manager is required. Someone in this position must be comfortable working with commissions and performance based bonuses as well.**
