In this dynamic, full-time role, you will represent nonprofit clients at events, raise awareness, and help generate support for important social causes.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with the Public: Represent nonprofit organizations at local events, high-traffic venues, and retail locations to inform and inspire potential donors

Promote Campaigns: Share key information about the organization’s mission, goals, and upcoming initiatives in a clear, confident manner

Generate Support: Build relationships, answer questions, and secure donations or supporter sign-ups through meaningful conversations

Manage Donor Relations: Maintain positive relationships with existing supporters and clients, ensuring continued engagement and satisfaction

Contribute to Campaign Success: Track sales and donor metrics, meet or exceed performance goals, and assist with planning future events

Support Event Logistics: Help coordinate venues, manage promotional materials, and ensure smooth on-site execution of events

Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the event coordination team to ensure a seamless experience for supporters and stakeholders

Identify Growth Opportunities: Assist in identifying new vendors, sponsorships, and partnerships to expand the reach of fundraising campaigns

Stay Informed: Participate in training sessions and stay current with nonprofit sector trends, donor engagement strategies, and sales techniques
Qualifications

Previous experience in sales, fundraising, retail, or customer service preferred

Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Strong ability to build rapport and engage in one-on-one conversations
