Selected candidates will undergo comprehensive cross-training in various aspects of our business, including:
- Entry-level advertising, marketing, and sales techniques.
- Business management and client relations.
- Mastering the art of creating impulse and driving sales.
- Training in team leadership and management skills.
- Building long-term personal relationships with clients.
Requirements for Entry-Level Sales Associate:
- Previous experience in events, marketing, promotions, or brand management is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Full-time availability, committed to working 40 hours per week.
- Passionate about community engagement and helping others.
- Excited about collaborating with team members and engaging with the community.
