Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and donors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • Experience: Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
