Key Responsibilities

- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and management.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including reports, meeting notes, and timelines.
- Help identify and resolve potential issues or risks that may impact project delivery.
- Organize and schedule project meetings, including preparing agendas and distributing minutes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
