We provide paid training, hands-on field coaching, and ongoing mentorship to teach you everything you need to know about roofing sales, storm restoration, customer service, and project coordination.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll work directly with homeowners throughout Nashville and surrounding communities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods
• Generate new business through face-to-face outreach and referrals
• Perform complimentary roof and exterior property inspections
• Identify and document potential storm-related damage
• Take photos and gather project information
• Educate homeowners on the roofing and insurance restoration process
• Meet with insurance adjusters when needed
• Maintain consistent communication with customers
• Coordinate restoration projects from inspection through completion
• Build strong customer relationships
• Generate referrals and repeat business
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience

This is a field-based position where you’ll spend your time meeting people, building relationships, and creating your own opportunities.

You do not need roofing experience to succeed at Heritage.
