No roofing experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on mentorship, and a proven system to help you develop your skills and grow. First-year team members regularly earn $100,000+, and top performers earn $300,000+ annually. Earnings vary based on individual performance.

All Nashville hires must complete a paid training program in Dallas, Texas, lasting up to 90 days. After training, you’ll return to help launch and grow our Nashville team.

Training covers sales, project management, and customer service, with ongoing coaching and leadership development.

As a Sales Representative/Project Coordinator, you’ll help homeowners navigate restoration projects after severe weather. You will:

• Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods
• Inspect roofs and other exterior areas for potential storm damage
• Explain the insurance restoration process
• Build customer relationships and generate referrals
• Coordinate restoration projects from inspection through completion
• Provide an excellent customer experience

You’re self-motivated, competitive, and eager to learn. You communicate well, enjoy meeting new people, and are ready to work toward clear goals.

Experience in sales, hospitality, retail leadership, customer service, the military, athletics, business development, or entrepreneurship can be helpful—but no roofing experience is required. We’ll train you on the industry and the role.

• Valid driver’s license
• Pickup truck, or ability to obtain one within 60 days
• Ability to complete the paid up to 90-day training program in Dallas, Texas
