Key Responsibilities

As a Nonprofit Business Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the administration and operations of the organization, supporting both staff and community initiatives.

  • Support day-to-day operations – Assist with organizing and managing nonprofit activities, ensuring smooth workflow.

  • Fundraising Assistance – Help coordinate fundraising efforts, including event planning, donor engagement, and donation tracking.

  • Team Coordination – Work with multiple departments to ensure effective communication and project management.

  • Data Management – Maintain accurate records, track progress, and report on key metrics related to fundraising and operations.

  • Marketing & Outreach Support – Assist with outreach efforts to increase awareness, expand the nonprofit’s reach, and engage with potential supporters.

  • Event Management – Support the coordination of events and community programs, from logistics to execution.

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
