Responsibilities:
Facilitate in-store customer engagement campaigns with the goal of promoting our clients' available products and services.
Execute marketing and sales presentations to enroll customers into new service agreements.
Generate sales through impactful retail promotional campaigns.
Comply with all compliance standards for the duration of the event.
Collaborate with fellow marketing and sales team members to strategize, execute, and manage retail campaigns.
Identify opportunities to enhance customer value and increase sales.
Develop an in-depth understanding of the products or services sold to educate customers and drive sales.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least some experience in a retail, hospitality, or customer service-based role.
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
Comfortability with engaging directly with retail customers.
The ability to stand for long periods of time.
The ability to think on your feet and adapt to different situations and customers.
The ability to problem-solve quickly and effectively.
