We are seeking motivated, outgoing, and career-driven individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Marketing & Sales Representatives. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, developing relationships, and gaining hands-on experience in marketing, sales, customer engagement, and leadership development.
No prior experience is required — we provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement.
Responsibilities:- Represent nonprofit campaigns through professional face-to-face marketing and community outreach
- Engage with customers and community members to increase awareness and support for client initiatives
- Build strong relationships through effective communication and exceptional customer service
- Learn and execute proven marketing and sales strategies
- Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and professional development programs
- Track campaign progress and contribute to achieving team goals

What We Do
Invictus MSI is a team-oriented Marketing and Advertising firm focused on empowering change and social justice campaigns to help local Bay Area communities. Our 501(C)3 nonprofit clients have long histories of bringing creative, evidence-based solutions to major societal problems that require our collective, immediate response.
