Job Description

Some of your responsibilities as a Marketing Representative with New Age Marketing includes the following:

• Attending daily marketing strategy and planning meetings
• Peer mentorship and team building
• Continued education in marketing techniques and client campaign development/ promotional knowledge
• Meeting with new and prospective clients as well as their customer base
• Creating and exploring marketing/branding opportunities in order to develop a customized marketing plan and execute from start to finish under the supervision and with regular evaluation periods.
• Building and maintaining new client relationships
• Representing client brands in a professional manner
• Promoting multiple marketing campaigns and managing client accounts

Entry Level Marketing Representatives are paid hourly with additional weekly client bonuses.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

• Implementation of marketing & campaign plans, including product positioning, campaign development strategies, and market strategy insights.
• Discovery of strategic business opportunities through cross function collaboration with sales, HR, etc.
• Marketing opportunity for revenue
• Overseeing the sales pipeline, meeting and over achieving sales expectations
• Provide product/service support in order to establish proper channels of information and communication.
• Responsible for branding, advertising, promotional materials, and company events
• Work with management on projects dealing with media relations, business communications, success stories
