Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, set up, and execute promotional marketing events designed to increase awareness and generate donations for charity partners
Set up promotional displays and manage visual merchandising at events
Assist in creating and implementing promotional materials to support campaigns
Support basic fundraising efforts during events and promotions
Maintain strong relationships with business partners, marketing clients, and key stakeholders
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and event attendees
College degree in Sales, Marketing, Advertising, or related field preferred, OR
1-2 years experience in sales promotion, marketing, advertising, or a related field (including internships and entry-level roles)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning abilities
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
Willingness to work some evenings and weekends to support events
Superior time management skills and ability to follow schedules
Positive attitude, enthusiasm for learning, and commitment to outstanding customer service
Hands-on experience working with leading charity partners and marketing campaigns

Invictus MSI is a team-oriented Marketing and Advertising firm focused on empowering change and social justice campaigns to help local Bay Area communities. Our 501(C)3 nonprofit clients have long histories of bringing creative, evidence-based solutions to major societal problems that require our collective, immediate response.
