Position Overview

The Entry Level Marketing Assistant is a vital part of our marketing and advertising department. This entry-level role includes a comprehensive training program covering marketing strategies, direct advertising, promotional techniques, visual merchandising, and consumer market research. Upon completion of the training, successful candidates will have the opportunity to advance to a team lead role within the marketing department.

This position reports directly to the Executive Marketing Manager.

• Ability to work full-time hours, including occasional weekends for special events.
• Comfortable working independently on projects as well as collaboratively in team-based assignments.
• Willingness to travel 1-2 weeks per year for additional training.

• Self-starter with strong creative problem-solving abilities.
• A 2- or 4-year college degree in a relevant field is preferred.
