We are seeking a motivated and energetic Entry Level Marketing and Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be involved in various marketing and sales activities aimed at generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting our overall business development efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to begin a career in marketing and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Support the sales team in managing client accounts, preparing proposals, and closing sales deals. Follow up with leads and prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide information about our services, and build strong relationships. Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use insights to help shape marketing strategies and sales approaches.
  • Track and report on marketing and sales metrics, including lead generation progress, campaign performance, and sales results. Provide regular updates to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
  • Assist with administrative duties related to marketing and sales operations, including data entry, scheduling, and maintaining records.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not necessary.
  • Experience: No prior experience required. We welcome recent graduates or individuals with a strong interest in marketing and sales.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
    • Basic understanding of marketing principles and sales techniques.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
