What You’ll Do:Help plan and execute live marketing campaigns and promotional events
Represent national brands at retail locations, pop-ups, and community activations
Engage customers face-to-face, provide product insights, and create brand awareness
Assist in lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention strategies
Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance goals
Participate in ongoing training, sales strategy workshops, and development sessions
Track campaign metrics and report on customer engagement
Local candidates with immediate availability preferred
High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus
Excellent communication and people skills
Energetic, driven, and willing to learn — no prior experience required
Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong problem-solving ability and adaptable to new challenges
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
