Salary: $45k - $65k, Commensurate with experience and location

About the position: 

We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to join our Strategic Growth Team. As a key member of our Strategic Growth team, you’ll play a key role in developing new concepts and ideas to drive client campaign performance across core advertising networks such as Facebook, Instagram, and Taboola, etc. You’ll be focusing on campaign strategy, data analytics, reporting and performance growth for each client account. 

To be successful in this role, you should possess curiosity, adaptability, creativity, attention to detail, critical thinking, strong interpersonal skills, effective time management, and persistence.

What you’ll do: 

  • Research, source, and manage marketing assets in various client verticals;
  • Conduct analysis that results in actionable insights and data-driven recommendations with the client’s performance goals in mind;
  • Executing key campaign optimizations, defining KPIs, and testing new marketing strategies alongside your team members;
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across a variety of platforms such as X, Pinterest, Tik Tok, Snapchat, Meta , NextDoor and more.

What you should have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in Marketing, Business, or similar field; 
  • 0 - 2 years of experience working within the Digital Marketing field;
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills; 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities at once and an Interest in working in a startup environment.
