What You’ll Be Doing:Assist in leading day-to-day operations in sales, marketing, or customer engagement teams
Support the development and execution of team goals and performance strategies
Mentor and coach team members to improve performance and reach objectives
Help manage scheduling, reporting, and basic administrative tasks
Represent the company at events, retail activations, or promotional campaigns
Participate in leadership training sessions, team meetings, and one-on-one coaching
Learn how to analyze team data and make strategic decisions for improvement
High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Positive, solutions-oriented mindset and a desire to lead
Willingness to learn and take initiative in a team-based environment
Comfortable in a people-facing role with occasional evenings/weekends
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
