We are seeking an Entry-Level Manager to join our fast-growing team. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop leadership skills, manage promotional events, and grow into a management role. With our hands-on training program, you will receive cross-training in marketing, sales, event coordination, and client relations, with the potential to oversee teams and operations within 6-12 months.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and coordinating on-site promotional marketing events for our clients
- Supervise and mentor entry-level team members, providing guidance and support during events.
- Oversee the logistics, setup, and execution of promotional events to ensure they run smoothly and meet client objectives.
- Work closely with clients to maintain strong relationships, understanding their goals and delivering results.
- Lead by example in customer engagement, ensuring a positive experience for attendees and maximizing brand exposure.
- Participate in cross-training to develop expertise in marketing, sales, promotions, and customer service.
- Identify opportunities for event improvement and implement strategies to enhance results and client satisfaction.
- Support the hiring, training, and development of new team members as the company continues to expand.
- Assist with recruiting efforts and managing staff schedules for upcoming events.
Requirements:
