Position OverviewThis hands-on Entry-Level Management Trainee role is ideal for those eager to build leadership and sales expertise within a purpose-driven marketing environment. You’ll gain valuable experience managing teams, engaging customers, and coordinating events centered around charity fundraising and awareness.
Key ResponsibilitiesEngage retail customers to promote charitable campaigns and inspire donations
Assist in planning, setup, and execution of promotional events at retail locations
Deliver excellent customer service while representing partner charities with enthusiasm and integrity
Help train and mentor new team members to foster a positive team culture
Support team management by tracking performance and contributing to leadership development
Maintain accurate records of sales and campaign results to measure success
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for helping others
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative team environments
Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on leadership responsibilities
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or team leadership is a plus but not required
