As we expand, we are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Entry Level Management Trainees.
Position OverviewThis hands-on Entry Level Management Trainee role is perfect for those eager to develop leadership and sales skills within a purpose-driven marketing environment. You’ll gain invaluable experience managing teams, engaging customers, and coordinating events focused on charity fundraising and awareness.
Key ResponsibilitiesEngage retail customers to promote charitable campaigns and inspire donations
Participate in planning, setup, and execution of promotional events at retail locations
Deliver excellent customer service while representing partner charities with enthusiasm and integrity
Assist in training and mentoring new team members to foster a strong team culture
Support team management by tracking performance and contributing to leadership development
Maintain accurate records of sales and campaign results to measure success
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for helping others
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on leadership responsibilities
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or team leadership is a plus but not required
