We have an immediate need for a motivated and ambitious Entry-Level Management Trainee to join our team! As a Management Trainee, you will play a vital role in the development and execution of successful event marketing and fundraising campaigns. You will be exposed to various aspects of event management, team leadership, and business operations, with the opportunity to grow into a leadership position as you gain experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of event marketing and fundraising campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
- Interact with clients to understand their needs and goals, providing support and updates throughout the event process.
- Support the management team in guiding and mentoring junior staff, ensuring effective teamwork and high performance.
- Help manage marketing campaigns, track event metrics, and assist in generating reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Be proactive in identifying and resolving challenges that may arise during event planning and execution.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your leadership, communication, and event management skills.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A self-starter with the motivation to learn and grow in a leadership role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with social media and event management software is a plus.
- Prior experience in event planning, marketing, or fundraising (internships or volunteer work) is a plus but not required.
