About the RoleAs an Entry-Level Management Trainee, you’ll gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, leadership, and event coordination. This position is ideal for ambitious, motivated individuals eager to grow professionally while contributing to meaningful work.
Key ResponsibilitiesEngage customers in retail and community settings to promote nonprofit campaigns and inspire donations
Represent nonprofit partners with enthusiasm, professionalism, and integrity
Assist in planning and executing in-store events and outreach initiatives
Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate campaign goals clearly
Support and mentor new team members as you advance into leadership roles
Track and analyze performance metrics to improve campaign outcomes
Collaborate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas to enhance results
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, positive, and passionate about helping others
Adaptable and thrives in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to grow professionally
Experience in sales, customer service, or leadership is a plus but not required
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

What We Do
Invictus MSI is a team-oriented Marketing and Advertising firm focused on empowering change and social justice campaigns to help local Bay Area communities. Our 501(C)3 nonprofit clients have long histories of bringing creative, evidence-based solutions to major societal problems that require our collective, immediate response. Recently, their focus is attacking the opioid and gun violence epidemic in schools, but they currently offer more than 20 programs to promote safer, happier communities for children to grow up in. Our team is responsible for both raising awareness to their potentially life-saving programs and providing the funds necessary to implement them. Now that our team has developed a reputation for representing our 501(C)3 clients with integrity and enthusiasm, our goal is to continue expanding our client’s reach.
