Responsibilities
- Assist in building and maintaining cloud-native full stack applications
- Develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot
- Work with Angular to build intuitive and responsive user interfaces
- Learn and apply best practices for cloud (AWS/Azure) development
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation
- Collaborate in Agile development teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Native English speaking fluency required
- Solid foundation in object-oriented programming (Java preferred)
- Openness to learning and using AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) as part of your development workflow under the guidance of senior engineers
- Coachable mindset—eager to learn best practices for validating AI-generated code and understanding when to seek human guidance on technical decisions
- Exposure to web development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript or frameworks like Angular)
- Willingness to learn cloud technologies, microservices, and CI/CD tools
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Enthusiastic about learning and developing software that makes a difference
